What are your shipping costs?

Greater Than Goods offers both FedEx Home Delivery and USPS Priority Mail. Your total shipping cost will vary based on weight, shipping method and zip code.

When will my order ship?

We promise to ship your order within 5 working business days. Orders placed before 12 noon CST begin processing that same day; orders received after noon CST begin processing the next business day. Our regular business hours are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST.

How do I know when my order has shipped?

We will send you a confirmation e-mail when your order has shipped.

Are orders secure?

Absolutely! Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction in order to ensure your information is secure. Also, none of your personal information is sold, rented or used for any reason other than to complete your order.

Are gift certificates available?

Not at this time. But watch for them in the future!

Will my credit card be charged immediately?

No, your credit card will not be charged until after your order has shipped.

Can I change or cancel an order?

In some cases, you may be able change an order, but only if you contact us immediately. In the event of such a change, please contact customer service at 866.659.4528 or via email as soon as possible.

What are my payment options?

We accept MasterCard and Visa.

Will there be taxes charged?

There are no taxes for orders received outside of Iowa. Orders coming from within Iowa must pay sales tax. (It's a legal thing - sorry, Iowa!)

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO boxes?

Yes, we ship to PO and military boxes via United States Postal Service.

What countries do you ship to?

Greater Than Goods ships worldwide, so the good goes everywhere.
